Seattle-based Garden Photo World is a Rights Managed, specialist stock image library of garden, flower and plant photographs by photographers David Phillips and Georgianna Lane. We are passionate about providing beautiful, creative and technically excellent botanic and horticultural images along with superior personalized service to the horticultural, publishing and advertising fields. 

Our online library here at GardenPhotoWorld.com offers thousands of botanical and horticultural images. Each image is captioned with its botanical and common name and is extensively keyworded and cross-referenced for easy searching. 

We offer a wide selection of fully captioned photo stories and, as regularly published authors, can provide feature article packages including images, text and captions.

We also have extensive experience in the graphic design, publishing, print publication, writing and PR fields and feel this gives us a unique understanding of image requirements for many different applications, whether framing to allow adequate space for cover lines, preparing files for specific print applications or just meeting impossible deadlines.

The image collections represent our home base in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and extensive international locations.

Our Location

We are based just north of Seattle, Washington, with a climate ideal for gardening, and garden photographs. In addition to international and Pacific Northwest assignments, we also work out of our home, Hillhaven, a wooded property featuring a variety of outdoor studio spaces, including herbaceous and rose borders; native plants; fruit and nut trees; hydrangea walk; rock garden; hummingbird garden; woodland and bulb garden; and a bramble thicket.

In October, 2007, Hillhaven was designated a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. We are very proud of this designation, and of the efforts we have taken to ensure the place we live and work is a safe refuge for our local wildlife.
